I Believe
There isn’t one perfect way to approach an important conversation, interview, or leadership challenge.
The best approach depends on the person, the context, and the outcome they are trying to achieve. I work alongside my clients to think through the situation, pressure-test different approaches, and build one that feels authentic and effective.
My Role
Most people don’t need someone to tell them what to do.
They need someone to help them think it through.
Whether I’m working with a leadership team, preparing someone for an important interview, or helping someone navigate a difficult decision, my role isn’t to hand over answers. It’s to help people think more clearly, challenge assumptions, prepare well, and move forward with confidence.
I listen carefully, ask questions that make people think, bring structure to complexity, and help people see possibilities they may not have considered.

Perspective
Working across different sectors, countries, and cultures has taught me that while every situation is unique, people often wrestle with remarkably similar challenges.
That breadth helps me see situations from different perspectives, understand the pressures facing people at different levels of an organization, and build on what is already working rather than arriving with a predetermined answer.
What Matters to Me
I want every client to leave with a new insight, greater confidence, and something practical they can continue to use long after we have finished working together.
Beyond Work
I’m English-born but grew up in New York. I moved to the Philippines almost 30 years ago. I have 3 kids who we are raising as British, American, Chinese Filipinos, which is fascinating for me to experience.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me training for my next marathon, traveling with my family, or reading something that sparks a new idea or perspective. More often than not, these experiences find their way back into my work with clients.
